The fragile appearance of a tea pot invokes a visceral need to protect it. Therefore, a tea pot is always handled with care. It is not carelessly tossed around, nor placed on the edge of a table. For, we want to make it as secure and stable as possible. Nonetheless, a tea pot must be tilted in the air, in order for tea to be poured out of it. Subsequently, as much as one may try to ensure its stability, a tea pot is instable by nature, as it is dependent on imbalance to carry out its function. Consequently, its instability should be embraced, not suppressed.
